Everything you need to know about returning an unopened product and receiving a refund.

All lab and test sales are final. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any lab or test purchases.

Return policy

Customers may return any unopened and undamaged product purchased in the last 30 days for a full product refund.

Shipping charges associated with the return are non-refundable.

  • We will not accept any products that have been opened or used.
  • We will not accept returns due to dissatisfaction or adverse reaction to the product.

How to process a return

When processing a return, please include a note stating this is a return with your full name and order number (your order number can be found on the purchase confirmation email).

1 Pack items securely in their original, unopened condition.
2 Include a note with your full name, order number, and items being returned.
3 Ship to the address below. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund processing

Returns are processed Monday through Friday. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement after we receive and approve your return.
